Quest University Canada seeks applicants for a full-time, continuingfaculty position and we will consider candidates from any social sciencediscipline or any interdisciplinary program where the focus is on thesocial sciences. The successful candidate will teach concentration coursesin their area of specialty and at least two social science courses in ourFoundation Program, especially Global Perspectives and Self, Culture andSociety, which are required of all students. We encourage talentedinstructors with interests in African Studies or Aboriginal Studies toapply, but the search will not be limited to these areas. All Quest facultyare expected to be able to teach the Cornerstone and Question courses, andcandidates who demonstrate the willingness and experience to teach Rhetoricwill be given special consideration. A PhD (or equivalent) and some undergraduate-level teaching experience isrequired. Although research, especially that involving undergraduates, isencouraged, those seeking a research-focused faculty position should notapply.
